1. How long has Hariworld been in business?
Hariworld opened their doors in 1968 in Toronto,
Canada and opened the New York office in 1982.
2. Why do I need to be a registered Member?
Hariworld serves Travel Professionals only.
We do not sell to consumers. Therefore we are a protected site and
require a login and password to assess
our fares and booking engine.
3. Can I register without and ARC/IATAN number?
Yes, you can if you have a travel industry affiliation such as a host agency,
consortium or a business license to sell travel.
4. How do I become a Member?
Visit our website www.hariworld.com and
register. Complete the registration
application and you will receive an email confirmation including your login
and
password within 24 hours.
5. What should I do if I forget my User ID and or Password?
Your User ID is your email address. If you have forgotten your password click on
the link “Forget my Password” on the login page and an email will be
sent with a
new password that can changed after you login.

6. How can I check prices and make reservations?
We offer 3 ways to book. Online,
prices can be checked and reservation booked, by phone at 888 889-2968 select
option 3 or email sales@hariworld.com.
7. Can I hold Reservations?
Domestic tickets require an instant purchase, usually International tickets can
be held up to 48 hours or the time restricted by the fare.
8. Which Airlines do you work with?
Hariworld has both NET and Commissionable air contract with over 40 air lines
offering service to worldwide destinations.
We continually work to
negotiate the best fares and secure new contract.
9. What forms of payments do you accept?
Hariworld accepts all major credit card and agency e-Checks (electronic check).
10. Can travelers accrue frequent Flyer miles?
Most tickets accrue miles based on the fare type purchased.
11. How do I add my Mark up?
You add your mark up at time of purchase when the payment is by client credit
card. When paying by agency
e-check you will remit net payment
since you have collected payment from the
client.
12. When will I receive my Commission check?
If payment was made by client credit card payment you will receive payment
between 8 to 10 business days. You
may also set up ACH – direct deposit.

13. Do you book Groups?
Yes, a group is a minimum of 10 passengers.
You can call 888 889-2968 x224 or email your request to
Customer Service@hariworld.com.
Provide origin, destination, dates
and number of passengers traveling.
14. Are your tickets Changeable and Refundable?
Most tickets are changeable or refundable with a fee. Contact Customer Service for exact
fee 888 889-2968 x224 or click on “RULES”
on the invoice for fare details.
15. How can I make Changes and Cancellations?
To cancel before ticketing retrieve record and cancel. After ticketing call our Customer
Service department at 888 889-2968 x224 for cancellations
and changes.
16. Do I have to purchase insurance on the initial booking or can I add it at a later time?
Travel Insurance can be purchased any time prior to departure.
